About Us

Vision and Values

Sefton Corporate Learning Centre has developed a vision and a set of values, fully aligned with the Sefton Council’s core priorities. Our vision and aim is to:

Inspire people to engage in learning and development opportunities through professional collaboration and partnerships.

Our values underpin our service delivery model and describe what we believe to be important and to help us to determine our priorities for the service. Our values define how we will respond to new opportunities; behave with each other, our staff, managers and our stakeholders to achieve high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

 

Team Overview

The CLC Team all work effectively towards achieving the vision and the Council’s core priorities that reflect and support the current and future needs of the service. The Workforce Learning and Development Team is proactive and responsive in providing a range of training and development opportunities including scheduled, private, bespoke training events, eLearning and venue hire.

Our team also provides a Corporate Apprenticeship Programme which is supported by the Apprenticeship Coordinator and dedicated Support Officers. Apprenticeships are available to anyone who is interested in applying for an opportunity with Sefton Council. Further information can be found on the apprenticeships page.
